Phileas Janka confirmed on U17 Bundesliga Level!
Goal player Phileas Janka (1.4.2008) participated in August for two weeks in trials at U17 Bundesliga Performance Centres of HSV (Hamburg) and 1 FCN (Nuernberg) in Germany.
The outcome was very positive as the player got confirmation that he can successfully play on this level.
Of course training never ends. Thus there is always room for improvement. Phileas will focus on improving his athletics further which is an important prerequisite for dominating the 16m area in front of the goal.
Phileas was developed over the last years as a modern “goal player” by coach Arnold Subeb, who is currently as well the goalie coach of Namibia’s National Team.
